WGA members: RSVP to attend WGAW’s Contract 2023 meeting for members in current standing to be hosted on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Shrine Auditorium, located at 649 W. Jefferson Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90007.
Member check-in at Box Office entrance on Royal Street between Jefferson Blvd. & 32nd Street.
Complimentary parking provided: You can park at multiple lots onsite: 1) Shrine West Lot (715 W. Jefferson Blvd.), 2) North Parking Structure (714 W. 32nd Street), USC Shrine Structure (686 W. 32nd Street), or 4) Royal Street Structure (South side of Jefferson Blvd. at Royal St. intersection) as directed by parking attendants/signage.
As parking is limited to 3,000 cars, we encourage carpooling and ridesharing,
Proof of COVID vaccination + booster or proof of a negative rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of the meeting required for admission.
*To make sure that everyone stays healthy, we request that you please take a rapid antigen test on day of meeting and refrain from coming if positive or if you have symptoms. N95/KN95 masks will be available onsite at meetings per request.
Please bring your WGA membership card for member check-in.
*If you don’t have your WGA membership card, please bring you driver’s license for check-in.
Snacks & beverages will be provided – plan to arrive starting at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy food and conversation with other members prior to 7:00 p.m. meeting.
