Artificial Intelligence: Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

RSVP to attend WGAW’s Artificial Intelligence: Know Your Rights and Responsibilities virtual panel event on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 7 – 9 p.m. (PT) via Zoom.

Presented by WGAW’s AI Advisory and Writers Education Committees, this Guild event will provide WGA members with essential information about AI rights and responsibilities under the 2023 MBA through an MBA Overview Presentation and moderated panel discussion, covering such topics as: Guild provisions on AI (MBA Article 72), required company/producer disclosures when AI-generated content is provided to writers, protections for writer credit and compensation, authorship and copyright considerations, and more. No technical knowledge is required, as the focus will be on professional rights and contractual obligations affecting writers' work and employment.
